One waitress to handle numerous tables - stated understaffed - what the world was management thinking - Stacking dirty dishes on clean tables - and the line waiting to get in -still long. only 2 pieces of pumpkin pie - and when asked the women advised by shruggling her shoulders. The Chef comes out and shakes his head - Once able to be seated - the food was horrible - The Chef cutting the turkey - throws most of it in a bucket next to him - and tries to cut slices for the group of awaiting customers - no dressing available - most people starting eating breakfast and chicken wings - the desserts were pitiful. Finally a Manager that stated she knew what she was doing -appears and more confusion. This is a total mistake - Our Family was only 2 people - and got at the buffet around 12:30 The line was unbelieveable - Over 100 people complaining and standing in line with one 1 cashier - finally another cashier - and the line.
